Staffing a Trade Show Booth
Today, at trade shows, conferences, or conventions across the nation many exhibitors will be making the same mistake. That mistake is not having enough staff to man the booth properly. The mistake is obvious when people are at a booth and a rush of traffic is not being served because there is not enough staff to meet them. But there are other reasons to have a good amount of staff.
