Hi all-

Hope you are enjoying the day with the mom(s) in your life. Over the years I’ve had my mom, my husband’s mom, surrogate moms who ‘adopted’ me and cared for me as if I was one of their own, and many others who helped support me in a motherly fashion.

When I hear famous celebrities talk about their inspiration, I often see ‘dear old mom’ right at the top of the heap (dads, you are up there too). Rachel Ray is famous for the love she has for her mother, same goes for virtually every Kennedy offspring.

When you get right down to it, though, we all do experience the love of moms each and every day. So for this day, especially, here’s to you mothers!
