LogMeIn Is Tops In Virtual Management
April 6, 2008
If you have virtual team members who have a need to access your PC from a remote location, you may already be aware of GoToMyPC and other software packages. I know GoToMyPC is a great package and works fabulously. Many of our clients have this software.
Last month, I asked Mark to sign us up for the same since I didn’t know of any other options. Mark found LogMeIn.com and we love it. Our assistant said it is super simple to use and it is a fraction of the cost at just $69.95 for a year (compared to $179.40 for GoToMyPC). If all you need is basic functionality where a team member can login to one computer, you can get that absolutely free.
If you have a need for five team members, LogMeIn.com is running a ridiculous special offer right now. It’s just $199.75 for five PCs for one year. LogMeIn.com has been written about in BusinessWeek, Cnet.com and USNews.com.
LogMeIn.com offers many other packages that I know nothing about – if you try any of these, let us know!
